1. What Tazvi does

Tazvi restores old photographs with AI: colorization, repair of damage, and rebuilding of facial detail.
Restoration runs on cloud computing nodes we operate ourselves. Photos are processed only while a restoration runs and are never used for anything else.

2. Credits and payment

Restorations are paid for with credits. The number of credits depends on the option you choose. Credits do not expire.
The first photo is free, once per account.
If a restoration fails after credits were deducted, they are refunded automatically.
To request a refund of a purchase, contact us through Support in the app or at support@tazvi.app. We handle refunds based on actual usage.

3. Photos and retention

Originals and results are kept in the cloud for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Please save them to your phone before then.
We do not offer long-term cloud backup and are not responsible for files deleted after the retention period.

4. Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use.
Do not use Tazvi for illegal content, or content that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate the account.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". Maintenance, network problems, or node issues may cause delays or failures.
AI restoration cannot guarantee a result that matches everyone's expectations. Failed or unfinished photos are never charged.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual property

The photos you upload and the restored results remain yours.
You agree that we process those photos only to provide the service (transfer, temporary storage, computation).

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Tazvi means you accept the updated terms.
